Orders and payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars. An order is accepted when payment is captured and an order confirmation is issued. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order due to pricing errors, stock errors, or suspected fraud. Payment is processed securely by Stripe.

Contractor accounts

Contractor pricing is offered to approved trade accounts and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at our discretion. Tier assignments, quantity breaks, and account-specific pricing are not guarantees of future pricing.

Product use

Gear & Build products must be installed in accordance with the printed installation instructions, applicable building codes, and the primary roof covering manufacturer's requirements. Product specifications may change without notice; the printed instructions included with each roll govern installation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of any order or product is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including labor costs or delays.
