Eligibility

Unopened rolls in original, resalable condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened rolls, cut material, and product stored outdoors are not eligible for return. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Return process

Contact us with your order number to request a return authorization before shipping anything back. Returns received without an authorization number may be delayed or refused. We will provide the return address and any freight instructions with your authorization.

Refunds
